1. Who we are

OmniRivet is a business operations application operated by Salt City Rain Gutters LLC ("Salt City Rain Gutters," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use OmniRivet and its related sites, integrations, and services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how OmniRivet is used, we may collect:

• Account and business information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company details, user roles, and authentication information.
• Customer and job information: customer contact details, property addresses, lead sources, project scope, notes, schedules, installer assignments, labor details, material expenses, estimates, agreements, signatures, and job status.
• Files and media: site photos, logos, measurement reports, invoices, receipts, and other uploaded documents.
• Communications: email delivery data, customer messages, follow-up activity, and support requests.
• Technical information: device and browser information, IP address, access logs, error data, and security events.
• Connected-service data: information you authorize OmniRivet to access from third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, email delivery providers, and measurement-report providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate customer, estimating, scheduling, job, proof, and administrative workflows.
• Create and deliver estimates, agreements, reminders, work orders, and other requested communications.
• Synchronize authorized accounting records and show invoice or payment status.
• Import and organize measurement reports and project photos.
• Authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve OmniRivet.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information or Connected Account Data, and we do not use QuickBooks data for targeted advertising.

4. QuickBooks Online and Intuit data

If you connect QuickBooks Online, Intuit asks you to authorize the specific access OmniRivet requests. OmniRivet may then access and use authorized company, customer, estimate, invoice, payment, and related accounting information solely to provide the features you request.

QuickBooks access tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are protected in storage. OmniRivet does not request or store your QuickBooks password. You may disconnect QuickBooks from OmniRivet or revoke access through Intuit. After disconnection, OmniRivet stops new access to your QuickBooks company. We will delete or de-identify Connected Account Data when it is no longer needed, when you request deletion, or when required by law, subject to legitimate retention obligations such as tax, audit, security, backup, and dispute records.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Authorized OmniRivet users, employees, installers, and administrators according to their roles.
• Customers and recipients you direct us to contact or provide documents to.
• Service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, accounting integrations, measurement imports, security, and technical operations.
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
• A successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers may use information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.

6. Payments

Payment links and payment processing may be provided by QuickBooks or another payment processor. OmniRivet does not store full payment-card or bank-account numbers. The processor's privacy terms also apply to information you provide directly to it.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide OmniRivet, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention varies by record type. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. We may retain limited information where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, backups, or established legal claims.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted network connections, access controls, role-based permissions, and protected credential storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and rights

You may update account information, manage integrations, disconnect QuickBooks, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with you. Applicable law may provide additional rights. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

OmniRivet is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OmniRivet changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or by email.
